Short description

A dark fantasy roguelike tower defense game. Lead your Elder across the Isle of Vorpus to renew the Seal, building your battle line from tower cards as the undead Fenarii rise to stop you.

The March

For ten thousand years the tribes of Vorpus have held back the Haust with a Seal, and once every decade it must be renewed. Each renewal is a March: an Elder and their warriors fighting across Old Fenar to reach the Shrine at the heart of the island.

The Seal grows weaker every decade. The undead Fenarii are rising, and this time the March is yours to lead.

Features

  • Three acts, one road. Each act is a branching map of battles, elite fights, bosses, taverns, merchants, treasure and story encounters. Choose your path floor by floor.
  • A battle line built from cards. Tower cards deploy towers along the road. After each fight they return to your hand, keeping their training, Powers and Augments.
  • The Elder fights back. The Ashed Baron holds the end of the road and duels the biggest threat that reaches him. If his health runs out, the run is over.
  • Draft, stack and barter. Draft new cards after every battle, stack up to three copies of a Power, and trade boss trophies and gold with travelling merchants.
  • A world that remembers. The Lorebook and Chronicle record the enemies, elites, bosses and story outcomes you discover.
