Privacy policy
This policy explains what information roguecrowgames.com handles and why. The short version: the site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Who we are
This website is run by Rogue Crow Games LLC (we, us). If you have a question about this policy or your information, emailcastellawdrew@gmail.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers roguecrowgames.com. Rise of the Fenarii is sold and delivered through Steam, so Valve's privacy policy applies to your Steam account, your purchases and anything you do on the Steam platform. Discord and YouTube also have their own privacy policies.
Information collected when you visit
Like any website, ours runs on servers that receive technical information each time a page is requested. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes:
- your IP address;
- your browser and device type;
- the page you asked for, the page that linked you here, and the time of the request.
This information is used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. It is kept for a limited period under Vercel's retention policies and is not used to build a profile of you. SeeVercel's privacy policy for details.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set cookies or use local storage, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so pages load without contacting any third-party services.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to reply to you and keep it only as long as we need it to deal with your message. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Links to other sites
Links to Steam, Discord and YouTube take you to services we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, or share it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our email, or when the law requires it.
Legal basis for visitors in the EEA and UK
We process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. We process emails you send us on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under California law, and we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
To make a request, email castellawdrew@gmail.com. We hold very little, so most requests can be answered quickly.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, or the minimum age set by the law where they live, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we keep the information we hold to a minimum.
Changes to this policy
If the site changes how it handles information, for example by adding analytics, a newsletter or embedded videos, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page.
